The key action we would like you to take is to make a submission on the revised application before 23 May to the Town Planning Board (TPB).

We suggest you:

• Send an email directly to the TPB : Using our sample response
  (This link should generate an email in your mail software which will allow you to add your name to the bottom and add any comments before you send it to TPB. If you have trouble then here is the email content.)
• For those who prefer to respond in Chinese then use the Bilingual letter in PDF format

Other options are:

• Download and add your own comments to our sample letter, then email or fax to the TPB (English Letter in PDF or Word format, Bilingual letter in PDF format)
• Use the TPB website (though length of comments is limited)
• Download and Fill in the TPB form and send To : “Secretary, Town Planning Board” via:
